Coen Drion, whose practice focuses on domestic and international commercial contracting and liability issues and restructurings, is widely recognized as one of the best-known practitioners of civil and commercial law in the Netherlands. He provides strategic advice to clients facing litigation before the courts, as well as in arbitration. Coen also has extensive experience in IT-related legal and business issues and has advised large corporations and the Netherlands government in this area.
